A Gift for Veterans
Proceeds from Book Sales on Nov. 11th will go to support Veteran Suicide Prevention at
K9's For Warriors'...
The team at K9's For Warriors is determined to end Veteran suicides.
K9s For Warriors provides highly trained Service Dogs to military Veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury and/or military sexual trauma.
With the majority of dogs being rescues, this innovative program allows the K9/Warrior team to build an unwavering bond that facilitates their collective healing and recovery.
Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from my Veterans Day book launch will go to K9s for Warriors, an incredible organization that saves two lives — a veteran and a dog. 🐾

About Gidget
Jennifer Anderson, affectionately known as "Gidget", is a first-time children’s book author with a big heart for little readers. A former Navy helicopter pilot and secret squirrel (shhh…it’s a secret), she was inspired by her mom’s magical bedtime stories to write this book. When she’s not writing, she’s likely chatting with birds, rescuing turtles, or outwitting a snack-loving raccoon. She lives in the New Hampshire Lakes Region with her husband and two furry sidekicks, hoping her stories spark giggles, smiles, and a love of reading in young children and the grown-ups who read with them. And not to worry—according to the nosy neighborhood bear and a delegation of ducklings, this is just the first of many adventures for Orange and her friends.
She looks forward to connecting with all of her young readers and their family!
